Terms And Conditions


The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Pinner Mini Cabs. Your booking of a taxi and use of our service indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Pinner Mini Cabs," "we," or "us" refer to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may apply to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to arrive on time. This includes airport transfers where timely check-in is essential. Pinner Mini Cabs will not assume responsibility for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unavailability at the designated pickup time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to select a vehicle of suitable size for all travelers and their luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, will be considered a single passenger.

2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should request this at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Pinner Mini Cabs provides quotes based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote in the event of material changes to the stated itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and the cost of airport parking. Any waiting time exceeding this period will be charged at the standard Pinner Mini Cabs waiting rate. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please take the time to review this confirmation and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Pinner Mini Cabs of discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment for journeys with us can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. Service

4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Cleaning costs may be applied if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 All children in the car should be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Pinner Mini Cabs, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation after dispatch may incur charges based on the driver's time and distance to the point of cancellation.

5.2 For bookings made through our online system, canceling before dispatch may result in a charge to the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Pinner Mini Cabs be held responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 You carry your luggage at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with Pinner Mini Cabs, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to allow you to complete your journey as quickly as possible.

6.4 You will not hold Pinner Mini Cabs responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is placed at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Pinner Mini Cabs may subcontract its obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Pinner Mini Cabs may modify the terms and conditions by updating this page. We recommend reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Pinner Mini Cabs and yourself.

8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any advantage or benefit to a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement is in place.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Pinner Mini Cabs is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes submitted after this time frame.
